CAWinet Acquires equipment from Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ) Deployment.
Allentown, PA - December 9, 2009 - CAWinet, Inc. recently acquired various Broadband over the Powerline (BPL) and Alvarion Wireless technology equipment from Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC) which is the fiscal agent for the Southside Bethlehem Keystone Innovation zone. The equipment was part of a Project designed to provide broadband over the powerline services to businesses and residential users located in Southside Bethlehem, PA.
The Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ) is specifically designed to attract technology projects and partner-businesses to the Lehigh Valley. The KIZ is located in South Bethlehem including a portion of Fountain Hill. The KIZ program is entering its sixth year of operations and successfully continues to attract innovative technology projects and partners into the area.
The wireless project ended in 2008, primarily due to the changing technology of the industry. The BPL equipment and its application outlived its purposes and it was appropriate to liquidate the equipment. CAWinet, Inc. plans to redeploy the Alvarion Wireless technology equipment thereby expanding their footprint to include South Bethlehem.

CAWinet Acquires Web Hosting clients from PC Service and Support, Inc.
Allentown, PA - October 1, 2009 - CAWinet recently acquired Web Hosting clients from PC Service and Support, Inc. thereby expanding CAWinet's web hosting clientele. CAWinet also made an equipment investment in Linux Blue Quartz Server technology to specifically accommodate the customer migration. PC Service and Support is a computer hardware and software repair business with clients located throughout the Lehigh Valley, PA. "This acquisition will certainly help our expansion of client offerings to existing and new customers," said Charles Rizzo, President of CAWinet. Eastern-Time Acquires CAWinet, Inc.
Allentown, PA - May 14, 2009 - Eastern-Time is a full service life-safety, security and related systems company headquartered at 746 Hanover Avenue in Allentown, PA.
